I like this picture .I took it on Friday when we went and looked at the goats. It reminds me how much I love to knit!LOLThese sheep are so gentle-looking with their soft faces and shaggy bodies just waiting to be sheared.
I think it would be so cool to spin wool into yarn.
I have become very appreciative of yarns made from natural sources. I love the way wool feels while knitting with it, and cotton is so homespun-y and simple.
Another yarn I like is one made from soy. It drapes so beautifully after it is knit, and has a definite texture that's unlike anyting else.
I made a scarf with a soy/wool blend, and it's one of my favorites, which is saying a lot , because if you know me, I always have something wrapped around my neck!LOL
