This second necklace was inspired by a picture I tore out of a magazine many years ago. It was of an Indian man who had this amazing crystal coin pendant on . I recently got a little vice tool that punches holes in coins without a drill. I used a coin I bought at a chinese import store. It has a dragon on one side and an interesting pattern on the back. The beads are real crystal quartz and the findings are sterling. I like it. I had made it longer, but decided I liked it shorter better.
This last piece is a brick stitch cylinder that I strung one bead at a time. It's kind of hard to see the detail from my picture, but there are thousands of beads making this up. It is like 60" long. and made from size 11 seed beads. The beads are the color of Hematite, and the little silver pieces are two bead end caps turned the opposite ways .
I am feeling a bit better today. At least I can breathe through my nose again and my sense of taste is coming back.
