This was the most delicious pork roast! We tried putting the little booties on the bone ends, but they looked wrong. Then we put the stuffing inside and added the obligatory tomato rose and parsley leaves.... I think it's really pretty!I'm still 'doing dishes" but taking a little break.
It was a most enjoyable afternoon...... Relaxing......
